While technical benchmarks indicate a synthesis speed of 19.5 FPS on H100 hardware, actual performance will vary depending on the local hardware configuration, software environment, and specific generation parameters. We provide no guarantee of specific results or computational efficiency for individual use cases.

Users are solely responsible for the prompts and images provided to the model and the resulting video content. Helios AI and its developers are not liable for any content created that is considered inappropriate, illegal, or harmful. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure compliance with local laws.

4. Intellectual Property

Helios AI is provided under the Apache 2.0 open source license. Users generally retain rights to the videos they generate, provided the generation does not infringe on existing third-party copyrights. We suggest consulting with legal professionals regarding the ownership of AI-generated assets in your jurisdiction.

5. Labeling AI Content

To ensure transparency and ethical use, we suggest that any video content produced using Helios AI be clearly labeled as AI-generated, especially when shared in public or commercial contexts.

The PKU-YuanGroup, its affiliates, and maintainers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of the Helios AI repository or model weights.
